Parent Teacher Student Conferences

Welcome Parents! We’re excited to be able to meet with you! 

InTech holds PTSC meetings virtually through Google Meet which need to be scheduled in advance below.  The Google Meet link for each meeting will be emailed to you after you schedule an appointment with an instructor below.  Conferences can also be held via phone if the web conference is not possible.

Though we would like to meet with everyone, we have a limited amount of time available during PTSC and we would like to reserve PTSC availability for those with specific questions or concerns. We request that you only schedule a meeting with instructors in courses where your student is struggling or you have specific concerns that you would like to discuss. Thank you for your understanding!

Scheduling

Steps

  1. Open the scheduler for an instructor.
  2. Choose a convenient time block on the teacher's schedule.
  3. Enter the requested information:
    • Your student’s name.
    • The best phone number to reach you in the event that Google Meet does not work.
    • Any comments you’d like to pass along to the instructor.
  4. Save the appointment. An email will be sent to you with the Google Meet link for the video call.
  5. Repeat for any additional instructors that you would like to meet with.
  6. 1 hour before your scheduled appointment, you will receive a reminder email with the appointment information and the link to your video call.
